Heather Vlach

Heather Vlach is an experienced educator and administrator currently serving as the Director of Strategic & Academic Leadership at the American School of Doha since August 2019. Previously, Heather held the position of District Wide Chief Academic Officer for the Kodiak Island Borough School District from August 2017 to August 2019. Prior roles include Curriculum Team Leader and English Language Acquisition and Literacy Specialist at the International School of Prague, and Language Acquisition Specialist and Educator at the International School Bangkok, where Heather specialized in literacy development for early childhood.
