Helen Chiang

Helen Chiang is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and investment management. Currently serving as Managing Director at American Securities since 2012, Helen previously held the position of Vice President at Morgan Stanley Private Equity from 2007 to March 2012. Earlier career roles include Associate at Weston Presidio/Dorset Capital (2003-2005) and Analyst at Morgan Stanley & Co. (2001-2003). Helen holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business (2005-2007) and a B.A. in Economics and International Studies from Yale University (1997-2001).
