Ashley Rogers is a skilled professional with a diverse background spanning various roles in technical support, writing, insurance, quality assurance, markdown supervision, and tax preparation. Currently serving as a Technical Support Specialist at American Security since July 2022, Ashley has achieved a remarkable success rate in resolving issues at a tier 2 level without requiring escalation. Previous experience includes freelance writing and a role as a Resident Insurance Producer at Bankers Life, focusing on client relationships and retirement solutions. Additionally, Ashley's tenure at Amazon involved inventory control and quality assurance, while earlier positions included leadership roles at Ross Stores, Inc. and tax preparation at Liberty Tax.
