Sebastian Artes

Sebastian Artes has worked in a variety of roles since 2005. Sebastian started their career as a Sales Engineer at Morris Material Handling. In 2008, they moved to Bechtel Mining & Metals as a Purchasing Specialist, where they were responsible for prequalifying suppliers, preparing and issuing tenders, and negotiating with clients and suppliers in both English and Spanish. In 2009, they joined Huawei as a Technical Sales Manager for Applications and Software. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Key Account Manager at Amadeus IT Group, where they were responsible for businesses, commercial and strategic activities with major global Travel Management Companies in Chile. From 2013 to 2019, they worked at Interexport as a Unit Business Manager, specializing in telecommunications and integration of technological systems. Since 2019, they have been the LATAM Business Manager & Chile Country Manager at American Signal Corporation. Additionally, they have been an Assistant Professor at Universidad Andrés Bello since 2014.

Sebastian Artes obtained their Master of Business Administration - MBA from Universidad de Chile in 2011, specializing in Business Management. Sebastian also holds an Industrial Engineer degree from Universidad Andres Bello, with a focus in Industrial Engineering and Engineering science. Additionally, they have a Financial Engineer degree from Universidad Diego Portales, with a focus in Financial Engineering.
