Student Rep For The Experimental Animal Nutrition Leadership Team at American Society for Nutrition

Kendahl Heckstall is a dedicated Wellness Coordinator at Montgomery Heart & Wellness, where a focus on a plant-based lifestyle enhances the treatment and prevention of chronic illness. Previous roles include serving as a Student Representative for the Experimental Animal Nutrition Leadership Team at the American Society for Nutrition and working as a University Assistant Researcher at Georgia State University under Dr. Feresin. Kendahl has extensive research experience, including a project at Washington State University on climate change's effects on apple sunburn risk. Additional roles encompass being a Leasing Agent at Pennrose, a Resident Assistant at Florida A&M University, and a Biological Science Aid at the USDA Agricultural Research Service. Kendahl holds a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition Sciences from Georgia State University and a prior degree in Biological Systems Engineering from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
