Sarah McCormack has extensive experience in scholarly publications, currently serving as the Director of Scholarly Publications at the American Society for Nutrition since February 2007, where responsibilities include supervising peer review and production staff and managing policy changes in the Bench>Press peer review site. Previously, Sarah worked as an Admin/Editorial Assistant at AAI, handling reprint requests for The Journal of Immunology and assisting the Production Manager. Sarah's career also includes a role as an International Program Assistant at The Barker Foundation. Educationally, Sarah holds a BA in German Language and Literature from Oakland University, earned in 2002.
