Courtney Williams

Senior Manager, Congressional Affairs at American Society for Radiation Oncology

Courtney Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health policy and congressional affairs. Currently, Courtney serves as the Senior Manager for Congressional Affairs at the American Society for Radiation Oncology since April 2022. Previously, Courtney worked at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services from March 2012 to April 2022 as a Health Insurance Specialist within the Technical Assistance Division and as a Special Assistant to the Director and Deputy of the State Marketplace and Insurance Programs Group. Prior to this role, Courtney was a Legislative Assistant for Congressman Tim Holden and a Senior Legislative Assistant for Congressman Joe Sestak, focusing on health care issues from March 2007 to March 2012. Early in the career, Courtney was a Research Assistant and Junior Legislative Assistant for Senator Mark Dayton from June 2005 to January 2007. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy Analysis from American University, completed in 2005.
