Pamm Schroeder

Pamm Schroeder is an accomplished executive in the association and nonprofit sectors, currently serving as Deputy Executive Vice President at the American Society for Surgery of the Hand since August 2014. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Association Executive at SmithBucklin Corporation and Vice President of Member Services at APICS, where responsibilities encompassed membership, customer service, and international partnerships. During a tenure at Association Forum from 2000 to 2008, Pamm held positions including Vice President and COO, overseeing education and IT operations, and successfully managed a $2 million budget with a team of six. Pamm's early career involved significant contributions as Director of Learning Experiences, expanding educational offerings, and as Director of Operations, leading office relocation and technology functions. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Public Service and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, both from DePaul University.
