Sarah Day, M.Ed., CPACC is currently the Director of Education at the American Society of Baking. Prior to this, Sarah worked as a Training & Accessibility Consultant at Daylight Accessibility Consulting, and as a Special Education Department Manager at Fairfax County Public Schools. Sarah also has experience as a Special Education Teacher, Curriculum Developer, Educator, and Elementary Educator. Sarah has a Master of Education degree in Special Education from George Mason University, a Postgraduate Degree in Education from Nottingham Trent University, and a Bachelor's degree in Forensic Science from the University of Lincoln.
