Lisa Kile is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leading digital transformation initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as the Executive Program Leader for Enterprise Business Solutions at the American Society of Clinical Oncology since September 2021, Lisa has spearheaded transformative efforts in critical business applications and member experiences. Previously, as the Global Head of Strategic Digital Programs at Takeda, Lisa directed a $250 million digital transformation initiative, while also holding leadership roles at Publicis Sapient and SapientRazorfish, focusing on program delivery and business transformation. Lisa's career began at Razorfish, where expertise in the medical field was utilized to enhance user experience and implement technology solutions. A graduate of Suffolk University with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Lisa combines strategic vision with a proven track record of delivering value through innovative program management and stakeholder collaboration.
