Tyffani T. Wingfield Ph.d.

Tyffani T. Wingfield, Ph.D., M.A. has a diverse work experience. Tyffani T. has been working at ASHP since 2012, initially as the Director of Executive Communications from August 2012 to August 2015, then as the Director of Member Engagement from September 2015 to March 2018, followed by a role as the Director of the Pharmacy Technician Forum from April 2018 to the present. Tyffani T. is currently serving as the Director of the Leadership Center at ASHP since July 2023.

In addition to their work at ASHP, Tyffani was the Chief Principal and Founder of The Wingfield Group from July 2010 to August 2012. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Principal at Alion Science and Technology from 2009 to 2011. Their earlier experience includes working as a Communications Executive at ASHP - Pharmacists Advancing Healthcare from August 2004 to March 2009 and as a Senior Program Analyst at NASA Peer Review Services in 2001 and 2002.

Tyffani T. Wingfield, Ph.D., M.A. began their education in 1996 at Virginia Commonwealth University where they pursued a B.A. degree in English/Biology, which they completed in 1999. In 2000, they enrolled at The George Washington University and completed their M.A.-H.Ed. degree in Educational Leadership and Supervision by 2002. Later, from 2005 to 2013, they attended Capella University where they earned their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Organizational Management - Leadership.
