Liska Radachi

Liska Radachi serves as the Deputy Executive Director at the American Sociological Association since June 2025, following a notable tenure as the Director of Advancement at the Smithsonian Institution's Center for Folklife and Cultural Heritage from November 2023 to May 2025. Prior experience includes the role of U.S. Director at the American Research Center in Egypt from July 2020 to July 2023 and Director of Regional Advancement for the Southeastern United States at the Smithsonian Institution from March 2016 to May 2020. Liska also contributed as Associate Director of Development at the University of Maryland, where efforts focused on major gifts and donor engagement, and as Development Coordinator for the Institute of Food Technologists, securing significant corporate contributions. Additional experience encompasses event management and recruitment roles at the Kelley School of Business and artistic curation at Indiana University, complemented by an MA in Arts Administration from Indiana University Bloomington and a BA in Art History from the University of Arizona.
