Wendy Brannen has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being the Senior Director of Marketing and Communications at the American Soybean Association since May 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Policy Communications at the same organization from May 2018 to May 2019. Wendy was also the Executive Director of the Lodi Winegrape Commission from October 2016 to February 2018, where they promoted the wines and wineries of the Lodi region. Wendy Brannen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business. Wendy also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of North Florida. In terms of additional certifications, Wendy has completed a Modern Digital Communications Certificate from the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) in August 2023, a Proofreading & Copyediting Certificate from MasterClass in January 2023, a Media Relations Certificate from PRSA (year not specified), and a Leadership Communication Certificate from PRSA in 2020.
