Slavisa Mihajlovic's work experience includes various roles in software engineering. Slavisa started their career at Moteng International Inc. in 1999 as a Software Engineer, where they worked until 2002. In 2002, they joined American Specialty Health, where they held positions such as Software Engineer, Associate Manager, Manager, Senior Manager, Associate Director, Director, Associate Vice President, Vice President, and currently Sr. Vice President of Software Engineering.

Slavisa Mihajlovic obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from UC San Diego, completing their education from 1997 to 2002.
