Jordan Miller is an experienced customer experience manager with a strong background in retail and direct-to-consumer environments. Currently serving as the Customer Experience Manager at American Spoon Foods since June 2021, Jordan previously held a similar role at Floyd, a direct-to-consumer furniture brand, from June 2017 to June 2021.
