Simone Bielsker Cae

Simone Bielsker, CAE has over 20 years of experience in membership and sales roles for various associations. From 1997 to 2002, they worked as a Sales and Service Manager for the National Association of Credit Management-East Coast. Simone then served as the Vice President of Sales and Service from 2002 to 2004, overseeing member relations, marketing, and sales. During this time, they received the National Membership Growth Award in 1999 and 2000. In 2004, they joined the American Staffing Association as a Membership Manager, and over the years, they were promoted to Senior Membership Manager, Director of Membership, and eventually Senior Director of Membership. In this role, they were responsible for member relations, marketing, and driving strategic growth. Simone also had a brief experience as a Girl Scout Leader from 2013 to 2017 with the Girl Scouts of the USA. Overall, Simone brings a wealth of expertise in membership development, sales, and marketing to their roles.

In 1991, they started their undergraduate studies at George Mason University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Their concentration was in Human Resources. Simone successfully completed their studies in 1996.

In 2018, Simone Bielsker attended the American Society of Association Executives. There, they obtained certification as a Certified Association Executive.

More recently, in 2021, they enrolled in Trailhead by Salesforce to complete a Salesforce Administrator program. The current status of their studies in this program is undisclosed.
