Bruce Proctor

Bruce Proctor is the chief legal officer for LIXIL Americas, overseeing all legal, governance and compliance issues. He has broad substantive legal and commercial experience, having worked within industry for over 30 years, following five years in private practice.

Prior to joining LIXIL, Proctor held a series of executive legal roles at Fortune 500 companies, where he served as both an advisor to and member of executive management teams. These roles included, most recently, senior vice president and general counsel for Diageo North America and chief counsel at The Coca-Cola Company, in addition to senior legal roles with Unilever and Bristol-Myers Squibb.

Proctor holds an LL.M from New York University; a J.D. from Vermont Law School, where he was a member and editor of the law review, and a B.A. from the University of Buffalo.
