Kathleen O'Neil is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and acquisition integration across various organizations. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Project Management at American Student Assistance since April 2020, Kathleen previously held senior management roles at Rocket Software and Sensata Technologies, where responsibilities included managing post-merger integration activities and directing HR integration efforts. Kathleen's career began at PTC, where rapid progression through roles culminated in leading key acquisition integration projects. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communications from Curry College and additional studies at the University of San Francisco.

ASA meets students both in and beyond the classroom with digital tools, resources, and information to empower their career planning journeys. We believe that exploring career possibilities, as early as middle school, and having equitable access to education-to-career pathways aligned with one’s passions and goals will result in greater confidence and long-term success for all students.
