Jim Dykema

Jim Dykema has extensive experience in project management and naval operations, currently serving as the ASC Project Manager and TYCOM Material Inspection Team Lead at AMERICAN SYSTEMS since October 2011. Prior roles include Force Maintenance Officer at Commander, Naval Surface Forces Pacific, and N43 Group Material Officer at Commander, Expeditionary Strike Group Three, where Jim provided engineering training and support to multiple amphibious squadrons. Additionally, Jim served as Chief Engineer on the USS Boxer LHD-4, overseeing the ship's engineering department and maintenance operations. Jim Dykema holds an Associate of General Studies degree from Central Texas College and graduated from Manzano High School in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
