Raymond Butler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in logistics and program management, currently serving as Science & Technology Program Manager at AMERICAN SYSTEMS since June 2008. In this role, Raymond Butler acts as the Senior Test and Demonstration planner for the OSD sponsored Unmanned Logistics Systems-Aerial Joint Concept Technology Demonstrator, aiding in the creation and implementation of a comprehensive testing plan. Prior to this position, Raymond Butler served in the United States Marine Corps from April 1988 to May 2008, achieving the rank of LtCol and leading 700 employees at the Marine Corps Logistics Base in Albany, Georgia, while managing a $65M annual budget and developing nationally recognized operational plans.
