Paola Alexandra Soto

Paola Alexandra Soto is a seasoned creative producer and project manager with a diverse background in the arts and publishing. Currently serving as the Creative Producer and Project Manager for the Obie Awards at American Theatre Wing since 2021, Paola began as an intern in 2018. Paola also holds the position of COVID Safety Protocols Manager at Columbia University School of the Arts and has been the Secretary of the Board of Directors at 601 W 138 ST Housing Development Fund Corporation since 2009. Previous experience includes roles as Assistant Administrative Director and Box Office & Concert Office Assistant at The Juilliard School, Artistic Intern at Signature Theatre Company, and Co-Founder of Bago Bunch, which focused on cultural events in Northern Manhattan. Educational qualifications include a Master of Fine Arts from Columbia University School of the Arts and a Bachelor of Arts from The City College of New York, complemented by a certificate in directing from Yale University.
