Navitha Ramesh M.D. Fccp

Navitha Ramesh MD FCCP currently serves as Vice Chair of the Department of Medicine at UPMC Central PA and has held multiple roles at UPMC since July 2019, including Fellowship Program Director for Critical Care Medicine, ICU Medical Director, and Pulmonary Critical Care Physician. Involvement with professional organizations includes membership in the American College of Chest Physicians and the American Thoracic Society, where Navitha participates in various committees and task forces. Previously, Navitha served as President of the Pennsylvania Chapter of the Society of Critical Care Medicine. Education includes a Doctor of Medicine degree in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and completion of an Internal Medicine residency at Unity Health through the University of Rochester.
