Amy Alter

Amy Alter currently serves as SVP and General Counsel for EMEA and LATAM at American Tower, a position held since September 2017, also holding the title of General Counsel for Europe. Prior to this role, Amy practiced as Counsel at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from September 2008 to September 2017 and was a Fellow at the Justice Studies Center of the Americas in mid-2007. Additional experience includes a summer role as a law student at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP and serving as Commercial Director at Fundacion Chol Chol. Academic credentials include an LL.M. from Columbia Law School, a Maitrise de Droit from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, a B.A. in Law from the University of Cambridge, and a B.Com from McGill University.
