James Martinelli

James Martinelli is a recently retired professional with extensive experience in IT management, having served as Sr Manager of Regional IT Support at American Tower from March 2006 until retirement in March 2020. In this role, James managed teams in the US and EMEA, overseeing desktop, laptop, handheld voice, video, and conference bridge management, while also engaging in significant travel for office buildouts and updates. Prior to American Tower, James held positions as Sr Manager of Network Services and Telecom and IT Manager/Operations Analyst at Cruises Only from November 1999 to January 2006. Education was completed at Malden High School.
