Jeanette Douglas

Jeanette Douglas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business data governance, process management, and transformation within diverse regions, including Europe and Africa. Currently serving as the Director of Business Data Governance and Business Process Management for American Tower since September 2018, Jeanette has also held the role of Transformation Lead for Europe and Senior Regional Business Process Manager for Africa. Prior experience includes leading the establishment of the first Shared Service Centre in Africa while at Etex and serving as Financial Manager at Marley SA. Jeanette holds a BCompt in Accounting Sciences from the University of South Africa and is pursuing an MBA in International Business at the University of Cumbria, alongside having advanced qualifications from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
