Mneesha Nahata

Mneesha Nahata is a seasoned legal executive currently serving as the Senior Vice President, Legal & Chief Sustainability Officer at American Tower since July 2005. In this role, Mneesha has developed a global sustainability function, championing sustainability initiatives across the organization and overseeing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting and goal-setting. Mneesha also led the expansion of American Tower's Corporate Social Responsibility program, Digital Communities. Prior to American Tower, Mneesha held positions at Locke Lord LLP, where responsibilities included Corporate Legal and Risk Management and execution of significant financial transactions, and began a career in business development at McDermott/O'Neill & Associates. Mneesha holds a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Tufts University.
