Victor Moreno

Victor Moreno has extensive experience in the construction and project management sectors. Currently serving as an Area Manager and previously as a Superintendent at American Track since October 2019, Victor has demonstrated strong leadership and operational skills. Prior to this role, Victor worked as a Project Manager at CSW Contractors, Inc. from August 2015 to February 2018, and as a Regional Manager at RailMasters, LLC from August 2013 to August 2015.
