Donna Clark

Donna Clark, PMP, has a rich and diverse work experience. Donna started their career in 1984 at the American Bankers Association, where they served as an Administrative Manager and Program Manager for over 13 years. In 1997, they joined the American Traffic Safety Services Association, where they held multiple roles including Vice President, Director of Training and Business Development, and Vice President of Member Services. Donna has extensive knowledge and experience in the traffic control and roadway safety industry, and has made significant contributions to the development and improvement of the industry throughout their career.

Donna Clark, PMP, obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business and Human Resource Management from Strayer University, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Prior to that, they attended the Washington School for Secretaries from 1982 to 1984, earning a degree in Administrative Manager. Donna completed their high school education at Courtland High School from 1980 to 1982.

In addition to their formal education, Donna has also obtained certifications in their field. Donna has achieved the People Manager Qualification (PMQ) from SHRM in October 2022. Donna is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
