With experience in various companies such as AHI Software Ltd, Arnold Clark, and Virgin Media, Bilal has worked as a System Developer and Software Engineer, specializing in developing and supporting various applications and systems. Currently, in their role as Information Systems Manager at Broward County Government, Bilal provides and supports IT services to the Environmental Protection and Growth Management Department, managing the IT team and ensuring smooth IT operations for the department and the citizens of Broward County.
