Charles Mathus

Charles Mathus has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Charles most recently served as the South Region Director of Operations at ATW since October 2019. Prior to that, they worked at PJ Trailers as Ops PJ Trailer TX from November 2018 to October 2019. From 2012 to 2018, they were the Plant Manager (with multi-plant responsibility) at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC, where they focused on supervisor/superintendent development, lean manufacturing implementation, and Kaizen leadership. Before that, they held positions at American Woodmark, Amazon.com, MasterBrand Cabinets, Toyota North America, and the United States Marine Corps.

Charles Mathus began their education in 1990 at the University of Oregon/Phoenix, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Charles attended this institution until 2007. In 1992 and 1993, they also obtained a Criminology Certificate from Saddleback College. Additionally, in 1995 and 1996, they completed a Psychology Certificate program at the University of Colorado Denver, focusing on Psychology and General Studies.
