Doina Francu is an experienced language professional specializing in Romanian translation and interpretation. With a career spanning several decades, Doina has served as an independent Romanian conference interpreter for the Office of Language Services, Department of State since August 2014, and as an independent certified Romanian interpreter for the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts since July 2008. Additionally, Doina has been an independent certified translator with the American Translators Association since 1993, and operates Doina Francu Translation & Interpretation Services since September 1986. Doina holds a Master's degree in French and English Literature and Language from "Babeș-Bolyai" University in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, obtained between 1974 and 1978.
