Brian McGee

Brian McGee has over two decades of experience in information technology and geographic information systems (GIS), currently serving as the Information Technology Business Solutions Manager at American Transmission Co. since November 2001. In this role, Brian provides strategic direction for the management of applications and data, overseeing both corporate and field technology. Previous positions include Manager of Asset Data Systems, where strategies for asset management were developed, and Team Leader for Asset Applications & GIS, focusing on GIS functionality across the enterprise. Prior to American Transmission Co., Brian held roles at DNV GL as an Advisory Board Member, Robert E Lee & Associates as a Senior GIS Analyst, and Alliant Energy as a GIS & Land Information Analyst. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Cartography from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
