Erika Biemann

Erika Biemann is a seasoned environmental professional with extensive experience in project management and environmental assessments. Currently serving as a Senior Environmental Project Manager at American Transmission Co. since January 2009, Erika oversees environmental reviews for high-voltage transmission line and substation projects, managing scopes, budgets, and stakeholder communications. Prior to this role, Erika was a Project Environmental Scientist at Giles Engineering Associates, focusing on urban development projects and regulatory compliance. Earlier experience includes coordinating EPA grants for the City of Milwaukee's Health Department and conducting biochemistry research at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Erika holds a Master of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology with Environmental Studies from Lawrence University.
