Kevin Lynch

Kevin Lynch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate project management within the utility sector. Currently serving as the Sr. Real Estate Project Manager at American Transmission Co. since March 2008, Kevin oversees real estate functions, manages contractors, and facilitates property and easement acquisitions. Previously, as a Sr. Real Estate Representative at ATC, Kevin contributed to major utility projects by managing cost estimates, project scheduling, contractor oversight, permitting, and land acquisitions. Prior to that role, Kevin worked as a Contract Right-of-Way Agent at Land Service Company, negotiating with landowners for a significant gas pipeline project and securing easements for high-voltage transmission lines. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UW-Madison, earned between 1982 and 1984.
