Kristy Rupprecht

Kristy Rupprecht has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as Director of Human Resources at ATC since November 2011, where responsibilities include coaching on employee relations, performance management, and talent management. Previously held various HR-related positions, advancing from Senior Human Resources Business Partner to Organizational Development Manager. Kristy also operates Mel’s Garage LLC as a small business owner and worked as an OD Consultant at ManpowerGroup, focusing on leadership strategy and talent development. With a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, Kristy has contributed to academic projects and served as a teaching assistant.
