Teresa Mogensen

Teresa Mogensen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Chair, President, and CEO of ATC since August 2023. Previously, Teresa held various senior leadership positions at Xcel Energy from October 2007 to July 2023, including Senior Vice President of Energy Supply, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing an extensive generation portfolio consisting of over 80 power plants across eight states. Teresa's earlier career includes key roles at American Transmission Company and We Energies, with a focus on transmission operations, planning, and engineering. Teresa earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Marquette University in 2003, following a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the same institution in 1989.
