Todd Miller

Todd Miller is an experienced environmental project manager currently with American Transmission Company since August 2005. Prior to this role, Todd served as a senior environmental specialist at the Missouri Department of Transportation from February 1999 to August 2005 and worked as a surface water hydrologist II at the Missouri Department of Natural Resources from November 1994 to February 1999. Todd holds a Master of Science degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, achieved between 1991 and 1993, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, earned from 1983 to 1989.
