Valeri Ranguette is an experienced professional in project management and scheduling, currently serving as a Senior Scheduler at American Transmission Company since May 2012, where responsibilities include developing and maintaining Critical Path Management schedules for the siting, permitting, and construction of transmission lines and substations. Previously, Ranguette held the position of Project Controls Manager at RMT, Inc, implementing a new project management system and an Earned Value Management System to enhance project cost control. Earlier roles include Project/Construction Manager at The Gilran Group, where standard contracting requirements were developed, and Project Controls Manager at MWH Americas, contributing to the establishment of a PMO for a $300M US DOD contract. In addition, Ranguette owned and operated Highland Grille, managing all aspects of the business, including customer service and employee relations.
