Anthony Huerta

Anthony is a Director at American Triple I Partners. His focus is on negotiating, structuring, and underwriting prospective transactions and supervising deal closings. Anthony was formerly a Vice President for BRASS Funds where he was head of capital markets and responsible for sourcing and evaluating new acquisition and development opportunities. Immediately prior to this role, he was a Senior Associate with Brevet Capital, a New York City-based alternative asset manager, where he played a large role in sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and closing $450 million of investments through a proprietary government financing program. He has over 10 years of experience in alternative and real asset finance.

Anthony earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The Red McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in real estate from The University of Wisconsin – Madison.
