Gary Hall

Gary Hall serves as President and Head of Infrastructure & Public Finance at Siebert Williams Shank & Co., LLC, a prominent non-bank financial services firm, since June 2013. Additionally, Gary holds the position of Partner and Head of Investment Banking for American Triple I since February 2019 and is a Member of the Board of Directors for Iteris, Inc. since June 2023. Active in industry associations, Gary is a Board Member of SIFMA, a Member of the Fixed Income Committee at FINRA, and a Corporate Affiliate Board Member for the National Association of State Treasurers. Notably, Gary was the Chairman of the Board for the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board from October 2014 to September 2019 and has been part of the Milken Institute’s Center for Capital Markets Advisory Council since January 2021. Gary earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from Howard University.
