Melony Stevens, CMP, DES, currently serves as the Manager of Event Services at the American Trucking Associations since April 2023. Previously, Melony was the Manager of Events and Education at NAPEO, where responsibilities included facilitating education and networking events for the PEO industry. Melony has held several notable positions, including Associate Director of Meetings and Events at the Association of American Colleges and Universities and Meetings Manager at the School Nutrition Association, where event sizes ranged from 50 to 7,000 attendees. As Director of Meetings & Special Events at IAAPA, Melony managed large-scale domestic and international meetings from 200 to 30,000 attendees. Melony's extensive experience also includes a senior role at NTCA and various positions focusing on event planning and logistics across multiple organizations. Melony holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Old Dominion University, completed in 2000.
