Brian A. Dean

Brian A. Dean has extensive experience in the actuarial field, currently serving as Sr. Actuarial Data and Compliance Manager at American Trust since January 2022. Previously, Brian held the position of Senior Actuarial Analyst and Compliance Director at Stanley Benefit Services, Inc. since January 2004, contributing expertise in employee benefits consulting. Earlier in their career, Brian worked as an Actuarial Analyst at SHDR from April 1999 to January 2004 and led a survey group as Team Leader at Mitchum & Associates from May 1993 to April 1999. Brian earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics/History from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, studying from 1994 to 1997, and attended St. Andrews College from 1987 to 1990, focusing on Mathematics.
