Nicholas Fera

Nicholas Fera is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in project management and client services within the biotechnology sector. Currently serving as Program Manager 2 at ATCC since January 2024, Nicholas previously held the position of Senior Manager for Client Services at Thermo Fisher Scientific, managing a team of 60 project managers and overseeing approximately 600 projects with a budget of $200 million. Nicholas began a career in research as a Research Technician at the Henry M Jackson Foundation, following relevant academic work as a Graduate Student at UC Santa Barbara, where significant contributions were made to biochemistry and HIV research. Nicholas holds a Master's degree in Biomolecular Science and Engineering from UC Santa Barbara and a Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology from the Florida Institute of Technology.
