Nicole Rhoades

Nicole Rhoades is a Senior Biologist at ATCC since August 2020, specializing in reviewing grant proposals and leading the onboarding of the Rotavirus A Proficiency Panel Test while establishing quality control metrics in accordance with CDC protocols. Prior experience includes roles as a Medical Technologist at GENETWORx, performing complex analysis testing on Covid-19 samples, and as an Instructional Assistant at Richmond Public Schools, where classroom management support was provided. Additional experience encompasses laboratory inspections at the College of American Pathologists, technical training and standard operating procedure streamlining at Innovative Diagnostic Laboratory, and various positions in educational and retail environments. Nicole Rhoades earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Old Dominion University and holds a high school diploma in Spanish Language and Literature from Manchester High School.
