Steve Howard

Steve Howard is a highly experienced fisheries biologist with a strong background in aquatic biology and resource management. Currently serving as a Senior Fisheries Biologist at Rincon Consultants, Inc. since July 2019, Steve also holds the position of Senior Fish Scientist at R2 Resource Consultants since January 2016. Prior experience includes serving as a Fisheries Biologist for the United Water Conservation District from February 2007 to December 2015 and working as a Fisheries Biologist at Entrix Environmental Consulting from January 2000 to January 2007. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Fisheries Biology from Humboldt State University, earned between 1996 and 1998.
