Mercedes Arner

Mercedes Arner has over 35 years of work experience in various roles. Mercedes is currently working as a Lead Software Test Analyst at OneAmerica. Prior to that, they worked at CarMax as a Senior Sales Consultant/President's Club member. At Humana, they served as a Senior Quality Engineer/Project Manager. Mercedes also worked at Protective Insurance as an IT Quality Assurance Manager and later as a Business Relationship Manager. Mercedes has experience in the insurance industry as well, working at Encompass Insurance as a Countrywide Sr. Risk Management Product Consultant, Project Manager, and Business Analyst, and at Grange Insurance Association and Unigard Insurance Company as an Underwriter/Business Analyst and Underwriter/Customer Service Representative, respectively.
