Nicole Kofkoff

Nicole Kofkoff is a Director of IT Delivery Excellence at OneAmerica, with extensive experience in ITIL service management, having led teams focused on ITIL best practices and overseeing the development of the ServiceNow tool for ITSM processes. Previous roles include RPA Solutions Analyst, where Nicole optimized processes and facilitated communication between business and IT, and Sr. Business Analyst, providing technology solutions for enterprise strategy and compliance. Beginning in IT as an Associate in a rotational program, skills were developed in various areas such as SharePoint and project management, leading to leadership of the 2017 IT Intern Program.
