Neha Kshirsagar is an experienced IT Quality Assurance professional with a strong background in software testing and team management. Currently serving as a Manager in IT Quality Assurance at Marsh McLennan since June 2021, Neha previously held the position of Senior Consultant at Capgemini from October 2015 to May 2021, where responsibilities included daily interactions with business stakeholders and mentoring junior team members. Prior roles included Senior Test Engineer at Mastek Ltd., focusing on test case development and execution, and Software Test Engineer at QualityKiosk Technologies, specializing in manual and functional testing. Neha holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues College of Engineering and a higher secondary certificate in Biology from Kelkar College.
