Terri Cheney is an accomplished instructional design professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as an Instructional Design Manager at OneAmerica Financial since August 2022, Terri is instrumental in redesigning the Training Center of Excellence by developing protocols for file management and knowledge management. Previously, Terri worked as a Learning Experience Designer at Allen Interactions Inc. from May 2021 to March 2022, where a significant realignment impacted the role. As the Owner and Learning Designer at Connect! Learning Design from 2007 to May 2021, Terri collaborated with notable companies including BlueCross BlueShield, Dell Technologies, and Dunkin’ Donuts. Earlier experience includes roles as Membership Manager on the Training Team at the Girl Scout Council of St. Croix Valley from 2002 to 2007 and Director of Education at the Minnesota Chiropractic Association from 2001 to 2002. Terri holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications with a minor in French and Spanish from Concordia College and furthered education at IGR-IAE Rennes in France.
