The board of directors at OneAmerica has a history of experience in the financial industry and real estate. Many of the members have worked as executives or partners at various companies, such as Cambridge Capital Management Corp., Business Resource Group, Inc., and Northwestern Mutual. The board is also highly educated, with degrees from universities such as the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the University of Iowa.
